EMDR With Crystals

Hi, After reading your post about trauma and healing I used Rhodonite to help with my throat chakra. After the first session of EMDR it felt like an asthma attack that lasted for about half an hour. I couldn’t speak properly, eat swallow and felt short of breath for two days after my session.

I came across your article about this crystal and thought that it may be beneficial, to use the power of this crystal to open my throat chakra and be able to dig underneath was profound.

My NHS EMDR specialist was astounded at how deep I could get so quickly and have such amazing results in such a short amount of time. When the session is ending, and I’m needing to ground to be able to come fully back to the present I use black tourmaline.
I can actually feel and see the grounding energy coming up through my feet and I can feel it squeezing out all of the negative energy in my body from the session coming out through my head is the white light completely encapsulates my body.

During one session where I could not clear the throat physical pain, I focused on the Rhodonite and I could see the energy coming from it up my arm and into my throat and helping to release the trauma, stuck there from having no voice. Since then I’ve been using crystals continually.

I’m really tuning into what I need and the results have been incredible. My grandmother died in another country a few weeks ago. Whilst I was wearing the angel light crystal pendant, I felt her come to me within an hour of her dying, and she gave me a massive hug, which I could feel on the inside of my body, and she answered my question of should I go to Australia from the UK.

She answered back as clear as if I was on the phone and said I’m not there you need to be with your family now, they need you. You need to be there with them. These are just two examples of the many experiences I’ve had since I have been reading your blog and all of your information and incredible website.
