Crystals, about how you can use them.

Crystals have been around forever! Some people see them as pretty stones that don't really do anything.

Living in the crystal world you soon discover what they can do, and how they help and heal our body, mind and spirit.

I am a Reiki Crystal Master and I have enjoyed the beauty and power of the crystals since 2006.

There are many different crystals that do many different things. Over my journey of crystals I have learned that if you have a Clear Quartz and nothing else, you can do everything with it.

The clear quartz is one of my favorites, black tourmaline being my second. These two in combination make for a powerful protection and healing stones. Clear Quartz amps up any other crystals to make them stronger.

I use black tourmaline for protection along with a few other things that also work. When there is someone or a situation that is a pain, I write the name of the people or the situation on a paper and then put it in a baggie and then put it at the bottom of the freezer. I have used it several times and it works, things get resolved or things lessen. I don't even remember where I got the information, I just know is that it works.

Cutting psychic cords in the shower using clear quartz and amethyst. These two are fine in water, you just picture the situation then release and cut cords from that person or situation. You run the crystals over your body as the water runs over your head and down your body. You are releasing it from your charkas and aura and it all goes down the drain away from you.
